Promotion Policy of Class IX/XI

A student will be promoted to class Xll if he/she qualifies in all five subjects in class XI.

To qualify in a subject a student has to secure (separately in theory & Practical) at least 33% in both.

If a student fails to qualify in only one subject he/she is placed in compartment in that subject.

In that case compartment exam will be conducted and student has to clear it.

Result will be withheld if :

a) Non clearance of fees.

b) Library books not returned

c) Non clearance of dues towards any lab

d) Attendance below than 75%
